Whether as Associate, Counsel, Local Partner or Equity Partner – we are looking for outstanding talents who want to actively shape their careers. As a young professional, you will be involved in client work at an early stage working in a team of about two Associates led by a Partner. As your mentor, he or she will ensure your further training for you to gradually become acquainted with all practical aspects of consulting.

The career as an Associate at GSK Stockmann is based on a systematic approach that focuses exclusively on and defines the individual stage of development – regardless of professional years or academic grades. An essential component of this development is our well-established annual round of targeted feedback, where we discuss your current stage of development and shaping your career path. This feedback meeting is typically scheduled every six months to provide more intensive support during the first two years of the Associate’s career.

Our team in Luxembourg is constantly growing and offers excellent career development perspectives for lawyers in an international environment. What applies to Luxembourg as a financial centre also applies to GSK Stockmann in that we are very diversified: our multilingual team of lawyers and office staff comes from over ten countries and advises clients worldwide.

Since the nature of our work is predominantly transactional, we embrace a culture of trust and teamwork among Associates, Senior Associates and Partners. In the Business Services team you will work closely with management and with the legal and administrative departments. True to our guiding principle “Your perspective.”, you will take the viewpoint of our clients as well as of our internal stakeholders and contribute your expertise and problem-solving skills to the continued success of our firm. You will think in an integrated, pragmatic and innovative way and be involved in the implementation and optimisation of law firm processes in the various Business Service departments.
