Onboarding

As a newly qualified lawyer, you will usually be working in a team with two other Associates. You will be trained by an experienced partner, who will also actively integrate you into client work right from the start. You will have the opportunity to familiarise yourself gradually with all the practical aspects of providing professional legal advice and to acquire all the tools you need directly on the job. To ensure you have the most varied and enriching experience possible, you will get the chance to work across multiple teams and locations.

Our Welcome Seminar serves as the ideal kick-off to your career with us, giving you the chance to get to know your new colleagues from all of our offices. In addition, our Associate Lunches are the perfect opportunity to socialise with other Associates in a relaxed atmosphere. Or why not deepen your knowledge at our regular Lunch & Learn sessions led by internal and external experts, while also getting to know your colleagues from the Office and/or Business Services teams? Our Sector Calls are also a great way to network with other departments.
