1. What is an absolute must to start your day?

Spending some quality time with my children in the morning is absolutely essential.

2. What does a typical day at the office look like for you?

No two workdays are the same, fortunately. I often have to conduct negotiations, coordinate with clients and colleagues, draft or revise contracts and attend a wide variety of events. But of course this is only a small part of my daily work.

3. What inspires you about your work?

I am inspired by the people I work with, especially my motivated and skilled colleagues at GSK Stockmann, but at the same time also by how varied my tasks are.

4. In order to be able to do your job, one should...

… be able to think quickly, enjoy advocating for clients’ interests and providing guidance. Despite the hectic pace, it is important to remain calm and keep things in perspective despite the complexity of the issues. Whether I succeed in doing this all the time is another matter.

5. How would you describe GSK Stockmann in three words?

Crazy, sexy, cool

6. What do you do to take your mind off the day-to-day at the office?

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. Swimming also provides some much needed balance for me.
